If you have added the device and become the primary user, you can share the device with others.
⚠️ Note
- Only the primary user can share the device with others.
- Secondary users must first download the Narwal Freo App and register an account.
The following are the steps to share the device.
1. Open the Narwal Freo App and navigate to the Device Homepage.
2. Tap the Settings icon ⚙️ in the top-right corner.
3. Select Device > Share Device
4. Add the member using the email address they registered with the Freo App.
5. Accept the invitation to proceed
The member who has been shared the device will receive an invitation via the App. Simply click "Accept" to add the device to your App. Please note that secondary users can not share the device with others.
❓ Why is there no "Share Device" option in my device settings?
A: Only the primary user (who first set up the device) has the permission to share the device with others. Non-primary users do not have this capability. Please ensure that your account is the primary account.
