This Warranty only applies to Narwal products (the “Product”) that you purchase from Narwal or distributors or retailers authorized by Narwal for your personal use and not for commercial resale. This Warranty is available only in the country or region (except the Chinese Mainland) where you originally purchase the Product.

Please note that under certain specific circumstances, the product may not be covered by our warranty service. In such cases, Narwal or an authorized service provider reserves the right to charge for freight, labor, and material costs.

In the event of any defects in material or workmanship within the Warranty Period, please reach out to Narwal Customer Service at support.na@global.narwal.com (US & CA only). If your product was not purchased directly from Narwal, please contact your local seller first.
To facilitate the warranty service, you will need to provide the product's serial number along with the original invoice or receipt, which should include the date of purchase and all pertinent product details.
