To prevent tangling and maintain optimal performance, we recommend replacing the side brush every 3 months. If hair tangling occurs, follow these steps:
1. Remove the Side Brush
Gently twist the brush to detach it from the robot’s chassis.
2. Clean Hair Debris
Use a damp soft cloth to clean the left and right side brushes. Pay special attention to the bearing ends, where tangles often accumulate.
3. Inspect Bristle Condition
Check for frayed, broken, or missing bristles. Damaged bristles reduce cleaning efficiency and increase tangling risk.
4. Reinstall the Brush
Align the brush shaft with the chassis socket and twist until it clicks into place.
