🎯 How to Start
1. Record a Video of the Problem
- Find Camera:Â
Tap the camera icon (looks like a camera lens) on your home screen.
- RecordingÂ
Please confirm that you are in video recording mode, not photo taking mode.
①Press the red circle button. Show the vacuum’s issue clearly (e.g., where it’s stuck, strange sounds).
â‘¡ Press the red button again to stop recording. Then, your video saves to the "Photos" app.

2. Screen Recording (If Needed)
📱 iOS (iPhone):Â
Swipe down from the top-right corner → tap the "record" icon (circle with a dot).
📳 Android:Â
Swipe down from the top of the screen → find "Screen Recorder" in the quick settings.

3. Send Your Video in an Email
- Open Email App: Find the envelope icon (like Gmail or Outlook) → tap "Compose".
- To support.na@global.narwal.com (US & CA only).
- Click "Attachment" and add the video or those pictures you just took.
- Click "Send"
