Resolution:
1. Try reinstalling the roller brush, ensure it is installed correctly, and it is recommended to clean it by the way to make sure there is no hair or foreign objects tangled on it.
2. If the problem persists, try restarting (turn the machine off and then on again).
3. If the problem still exists, contact support.

Resolution:
1. Try reinstalling the filter, ensure it is installed correctly, and it is recommended to clean it by the way to prevent excessive dust accumulation.

2. If the problem persists, try restarting (turn the machine off and then on).

▲ 04 - Dirty Water Tank is Full
Resolution:
1. Check if the dirty water tank is full. If so, empty it.
2. A 'full' alert during low-area cleaning is normal, as water tilting may trigger the sensor at the top of the dirty water tank.
3. Check if you have cleaned high-salt-content waste (e.g., pickle brine, soup, seafood preservative liquid, etc.). In such cases, rinse the front and back of the dry waste bin and manually clean any debris between the electrode strips.
4. If the problem persists, try restarting (turn the machine off and then on).
5. If the problem still exists, please contact customer service.
▲ 05 - Clean Water Tank is Empty
Resolution:
1. Refill the clean water tank.
2. If the error persists despite having water in the tank, try activating MAX Boost Mode several times to see if it resolves the issue.

3. Check if the duckbill valve in the clean water tank is functioning properly.
4. Inspect the rubber ring at the chassis water inlet for deformation.
5. If the problem continues, contact support.

Resolution:
Try pressing and holding the power button for 10 seconds to shutdown while the Vacuum Mop is powered on, then restart to see if the error disappears, if not, contact support.

Resolution:
Try pressing and holding the power button for 10 seconds to shutdown while the Vacuum Mop is powered on, then restart to see if the error disappears, if not, contact support.

Resolution:
1. Try cleaning the drainage pipe and roller brush.

Resolution:
1. Check if the Vacuum Mop is charging in a high-temperature environment. If yes, move it to a cool shaded area and observe if the problem still occurs.
2. Power off the Vacuum Mop for 2 hours, then restart to see if the error disappears.
3. If the problem persists, contact support.

1. Please check whether the handle is properly installed. Correct installation should meet these criteria
① An audible "click" sound is heard upon insertion
② No visible gap at the connection point
③ The handle cannot be pulled out without pressing the release button
2. It is recommended to repeatedly detach and reattach the handle (with 10-second intervals between each operation), ensuring proper installation each time, then restart the machine to check if the error is resolved. If not, contact support.
