Download the Narwal Freo App and Create an Account

Narwal Freo App is available for All Freo Series robot 👉 Narwal Model List

Before pairing your Narwal robot vacuum with the Narwal Freo App, you need to create an account.

1. Search for "Narwal Freo" in the App Store or Google Play to download the Narwal Freo App.

2. Once downloaded, open the app to access the login interface. Tap on "Login/Register with Email", and follow the prompts to enter your email address and verification code. This will allow you to create a new account.

Add the device and Pair the robot with Narwal Freo App

Once you create and log in the Narwal Freo App account, you can start to pair the robot with the App.

Please ensure that Bluetooth is enabled in your phone's settings.
Additionally, make sure both the base station and the robot are powered on and positioned where they can receive a strong Wi-Fi signal

Method 1: Pair your robot vacuum through device list

Tap on home page to add a device, select the model of your Robot Vacuum.

Method 2: Pair your robot vacuum by scanning the QR code on the robot

Tap on home page to add a device, click the “scan" icon on the right left corner

Scan the QR code on the robot vacuum. Just open the top cover of the robot, and the QR code is positioned on the cover - simply scan it to proceed.

Follow the prompts and enter the Wi-Fi and password

Please note that the robot only supports a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection and does not support 5 GHz.

The robot will connect to your Wi-Fi. Once the connection is successful, the device will appear on the home page.
