Waste Leaking
1. Check if there are any foreign objects entangled in the side brushes, roller brush, or mopping module, if any, clean any.

2. Check if the dust bin or dust bag is already full, if so, clean it or change a new one.
(If you find that the dust box baffle is detached or lost, please contact support.)

3. ✨ It is normal if waste leaking occurs when the robot is crossing a threshold. Please understand that the jolting and vibration as the robot traverses a threshold may cause a small amount of debris to fall off.
Missed cleaning
1. Large Area
① Check for any obstacles blocking the robot's path, if any, remove any and try again.
② Confirm if the missed cleaning rooms are included in the cleaning plan.
* When mapping, you need to open the doors of all rooms that need to be cleaned.
③ Check if the missed room is fully carpeted.
* The robot skips newly recognized carpets by default (to avoid damage as compatibility cannot be confirmed).
2. Small Area
🚫 When a robot detects excessive dirt during cleaning but the dirt is manually wiped off before it resumes exploration, it will misjudge its own recognition as faulty after rechecking and finding no excessive dirt. This prompts it to update its recognition logic, stopping the current cleaning and exploration of that dirt and avoiding it in the future—ultimately leaving a small area uncleaned.
If this issue occurs, you can use the app to set the area for cleaning and resume the task.
3. False 'Destination Blocked by No-Go Zones' Alert
Showing such an alert despite no No-Go Zones being set, the map data is incorrect, please remap.
If the issue persists, contact support.
Unable to vacuum clean/poor vacuuming
Confirm the level of dirtiness in your home before cleaning:
1. For excessive dirt:
The robot mop pads have a limited capacity to hold dirt.
If there is too much dirt in your home, the robot may not be able to clean it even after multiple rounds. You can try restart a new cleaning task, note to change a new mopping module when necessary.
👉 Freo Z10 Example: Mop Replacement
2. For stubborn stains:
When the robot encounters stubborn stains like hardened soy sauce, animal/plant oils, or other hardened substances, it may require additional cleaning tools for assistance.
✅ Try soften these stubborn/hardened stains with warm water or detergent firstly, then restart the robot for cleaning or set up area cleaning.
It works best with Narwal's powerful stain remover.
Side Brushes Send Debris Flying during Vacuuming
✨ It is normal if dust and dirt particles stay outside the scope between the side brushes and the roller brush, the side brushes cannot effectively gather them in the middle for vacuuming and may send them flying.
✅ Don't worry, the robot will move in Arch mode and the flying debris will be later cleaned up.
