Unboxing Inspection Issues
1. Bubbling Protective Film on Top Cover
✨ The film has served its purpose by preventing scratches during shipping. Simply peel it off.
2. Water Residue Found in New Base Station
✨ Small water droplets inside are normal. They're residual water from factory testing that shook loose during shipping. This doesn't affect performance.
3. Surface Stains/Scratches
Try cleaning with a damp cloth. If stains persist or if it is a scratch, contact support with a picture.
-
Display Screen
1. Screen Scratches or Cracks
Contact support and provide photos of the damage.
2. Unresponsive Touchscreen
Unplug the power cord to restart the base station. If the issue persists, contact support.
3. Power Failure (No Screen Illumination)
â‘ Ensure the power cable connection is fully inserted
â‘¡ Try another working power outlet
â‘¢ Inspect for any frayed wires
-
Top Cover
1. Top Cover Closing at Small Angles
✨ Top cover may not stay open at low angles due to increasing gravity - this is normal.
-
Front Housing
1. Front Panel Not Secured Alert
Try reinstall until securely clicked into place.
2. Bubbles Visible Inside Front Housing
✨ For models supports electrolyzed water mop washing, like Freo Z Ultra, it has built-in electrode sheets, and during operation, small bubbles form in the electrolyzed water cavity, with some attaching to the window. This is normal.
3. UV Light Not Illuminating
Unplug the power cord to restart the base station. If the issue persists, contact support.
3. Dust Bag Missing Error
Check if the dustbag or dustbin is full and replace it if necessary. If not, inspect all three dust inlets for hair clogs and clean if found. After cleaning, manually activate multiple intensive dust collection cycles via the app: Dock > Station Dust Collection. If the issue persists, contact support.

Water-Related - 1
1. Base Station Water Leakage
Symptoms: Sudden pumping noises and excessively wet mop pads
Solution: Clean and reinstall the docking tray, and check if the spray pipe drips after mopping
Freo Z10 Example: Cleaning Tray Maintenance
2. Base Station Water Overflow
Error Code Spotlight: #2003 - Base Station Overflow
3. Base Station Not Producing Hot Wash Water
For models with hot water mopping functionality (including Freo Z10, Freo Z Ultra, and Freo Z10 Ultra), if the wash water isn't heating properly, try unplug the power cord to restart the base station. If the issue persists, contact support.

Water-Related - 2
1. Base Station Water Spray During Floor Care
✨ For models with floor care functionality like the Freo Z10 Ultra: The base station may automatically trigger water spraying to prevent clogging if the care agent remains dormant in the nozzles for an extended period after application.
2. Missing Base Station Drainage Function in App
Issue: When the app prompts to enable the [Base Station Drainage] function but you cannot find this option in the app
Solution:
â‘ Update the app to the latest version available in your app store
â‘¡ Upgrade the robot firmware by going to Device Settings > Firmware Update
â‘¢ After completing these steps, restart the app and navigate to [Device Settings] > [Base Station] to access the drainage function
3. Water Inlet/Outlet Connection Issues
Ensure the auto water replacement unit is properly installed (cover flush with dock), power off the robot and dock for ≥2 minutes for a full restart. If the issue persists, contact support.

Robot Docking Failure Solutions
1. Check if the cleaning ribs and docking tray are properly installed and try reinstalling if needed
Freo Z10 Example: Cleaning Tray Maintenance
2. Verify the robot's main brush cover is correctly installed and reinstall if necessary
Freo Z10 Example: Roller Brush Maintenance
3. Inspect the rear drive wheels and caster wheel for oil stains and clean if present
Freo Z10 Example: Caster Maintenance
4. Clean both the robot's and base station's charging contacts (reflector stickers) with a damp soft cloth
5. If the base station was moved, perform remapping

Robot Pausing Before Base Station
✨ If the side brush is rotating with low fan noise, the robot is untangling the side brush and will dock automatically when complete.
✨ If the main brush is rotating with loud fan noise, the robot is untangling the main brush and will dock automatically when complete.
If neither situation applies, contact customer support and provide a video.
-
Abnormal Base Station Return
✨ Besides users ending tasks actively, robots trigger automatic return-to-base positioning when needing charging or being manually pushed into bases without proper contact. -
